A 13-minute mix-media film about how the Moscow Transport Museum comes to life inside Melnikov's Garage — archives, interviews, blueprints, and the team's vision woven into a single story.
We filled the realistic interiors of Melnikov's Garage with cheerful hand-drawn visitors.

The characters bridged different eras and spaces. We wanted to show that years pass, transport changes, but the act of movement stays the same.

We really wanted more crafted, hand-made elements. The story of a museum employee tracking down an exhibit piece by piece was a perfect fit for stop-motion animation.

The episode about the children's section in the exhibition was, naturally, drawn like children's art — and also called for stop-motion. These parts balanced the 3D and AI material beautifully.

We used neural networks where we simply couldn't have managed otherwise — taking real museum exhibits and doing something unexpected with them: showing restoration stages or assembling hundreds of objects into one giant display case.
